Biggest gas, petrochemical project in Egypt constructed

The gas and petrochemical project which is being constructed in Damietta is the biggest in Egypt within total investments of $ 4 billion, said Minister of Petroleum Sameh Fahmy.
The 280 feddan area-project would have 7.5 billion cubic feet a year, he added. The project's first gas shipment will be exported to Spain and Italy in the second week of December, he said.
