Regional-Turkey, Politics, 6/5/2004

The Turkish Independent Industrials and Businessmen Association Thursday said President Bashar al-Assad's visit to Ankara, during last January, topped the Syrian-Turkish relations in particular, and the Arab-Turkish relations in general.

In a statement read during a meeting for the Association with Arab Journalists, the Association said that a list of the greatest 40 countries which Turkey dealt with, in Exports and imports, includes Syria among six other Arab states.
