Libya resumes oil exports to the USA

The US under trade secretary William Lash announced on Thursday in Tripoli the resumption of the exportation of the Libyan oil to the USA and talked about discussions for Libya's purchase of Boeing planes.
Lash said in statement to the press "the Libyan oil shipment started to be exported to the USA and there are no obstacles in this regard.." One Libyan oil source said that these exports started in May.
However, the American official discussed in Tripoli with the Libyan energy minister Fatehi Bin Shahwan and the minister of tourism Ammar al-Mabrouk Alteif and the chairman of the board of the Libyan airlines the issues of running air flights between Libya and the USA."
