AL approves Egypt's proposal on follow-up summit economic resolutions
The Arab Economy Unity Council approved Wednesday an Egyptian proposal to introduce a mechanism to follow up the implementation of the Tunis Arab Summit resolutions on economic aspects, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Fayza Abul Naga said.
