World Cup 2010 Projects to be implemented, Official
Morocco, Economics, 6/3/2004

Although Morocco has lost the bid for world cup 2010, the government will carry out the projects listed in the candidacy file, said Secretary of State in charge of Youth, Mohamed El Gahs.

Answering a question on Tuesday at the House of Advisors (upper parliament chamber), El Gahs said the roads, ports, airports, hotels and infrastructures projects that Morocco had presented in its unsuccessful bid for the 2010 world football cup finals, are part of a broad national project launched before the candidacy.
