EU cling to sign Association Agreement with Syria

EU Commissioner Chris Patten's Spokesperson Emma Edwin on Thursday stressed EU's commitment to sign association agreement with Syria as soon as possible.
EU decided to sign the association agreement with Syria due to its important to Syria, EU and all countries in the region. The statement came after meeting of the Mediterranean-European Association committee which is to be held in Brussels today on level of the EU countries' Ambassadors.
