Al-Azhar Grand Imam, Pope Shenouda leave for Doha

Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Sheikh Mohammad Sayyed Tantawi and Pope Shenouda III of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Diocese left Cairo for Doha yesterday to take part in an Islamic-Christian dialogue Conference to start in Qatar on Thursday.
The conference is sponsored by the Qatar University Studies Center to discuss the theme of religious freedom, Fawzi Al- Zafzaf, the Chairman of Al-Azhar Islamic-Christian Dialogue Committee, said yesterday.
