One worker at al-Jazeera TV team in Iraq killed by the American forces

Al-Jazeera TV in Qatar yesterday announced the death of one of its workers in al-Jazeera team in Baghdad who was killed by shots of American bullets while the team was picturing the clashes between the occupation forces and members of al-Mahdi army in Kerbalaa city on late Thursday evening.
Al-Jazeera demanded in an official statement issued in Doha the American occupation forces and the Interim governing authority in Iraq to make an official and quick investigation to know the implications of the incident.
The statement said that one year ago one of al-Jazeera team Tareq Ayoub was also killed by the American forces. The statement vowed that al-Jazeera will continue its policy in precisely committing to accuracy and the freedom of expression.
From its headquarters in Baghdad, al-Jazeera office held a funeral for Rasheed Hamid ( 44 year old ) to his home in al-Shaab quarters in Baghdad before he was taken to the cemetery of al-Najaf city.
