President Deby of Chad sends message to King Mohammed

Moroccan minister of foreign affairs and cooperation, Mohamed Benaissa, met in Rabat Thursday Chad's justice minister, Kalzeube Payimi Deubet, who handed him a message from president Idriss Deby to king Mohammed VI.
The message deals with the various cooperation relations binding the two countries, Deubet told MAP following the meeting. He said his talks with Benaissa covered bilateral ties which are marked by "friendship and cordiality."
