Khaddam confers with Iraqi delegation on developments

Syria's Vice-President Abdul Halim Khaddam received on Thursday an Iraqi delegation representing the Turkmani Islamic Union headed by Secretary General Abbas Hasan al-Mousawi.
Talks during the meeting have dealt with the situation in Iraq and the importance of enhancing the Iraqi national unity in order to end occupation of Iraq and enable the Iraqi people of restoring their sovereignty and integrity.
