Syrian urgent Aids to Rafah plagued camp in Gaza

A Syrian Popular group backing the Palestinian Intifada on Thursday sent 60,000 US$ to the United Nations Relief and Work Agency UNRWA to support Palestinians whom their houses were demolished by Israel's forces of occupation at Rafah refugee camp.
Chairman of the Syrian Arab Popular Committee to back Intifada Ahmed Abdul Karim handed a check of this amount to the UNRWA officer in charge in Damascus, Tiken Burge.
The committee denounced in a statement the Israeli forces of occupation constant acts of crime against Palestinians in Rafah and the "new massacre perpetrated against a peaceful march at Sultan Quarters in Gaza."
The group urged the international community to immediately work as to protect the Palestinian people as well it called upon the Arab states to extend more moral and material support for the Palestinians.
