Morocco, leader of reforms in the region, Burns

The US assistant Secretary for Near Eastern Affairs on Thursday praised the reforms carried out by Morocco in the political, social and economic fields, terming them courageous and wise.
"Morocco is the leader of reforms in the region and we look forward to do everything we can to support Morocco's wise and courageous efforts and to expand economic and political opportunities for all Moroccans.," William Burns said at a press conference in Rabat prior to his departure after a few-hour visit to the Kingdom.
