Heads of parliaments of countries neighboring Iraq meet today in Amman

Jordan announced yesterday that heads of parliaments of countries neighboring Iraq will hold a meeting today in Amman to discuss means of taking part in dealing with the deteriorated conditions in Iraq and its implications on the countries of the region.
The Jordanian official news agency Petra said that the heads if parliamentary councils in Turkey, Syria, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia in addition to Jordan will take part in the ' meeting of heads of parliaments of Iraq's neighboring states which will last for two days. the meeting will be attended by the two parliament speakers in Bahrain and Egypt.
The agency quoted the speaker of the Jordanian parliament Abdul Hadi al-Majali as saying that the meeting will discuss "various current conditions in Iraq so as to get certain recommendations to end the unprecedented conditions and restore back security and stability, end the occupation and enable the Iraqi people to form its national government in order to preserve Iraq's territorial integrity.
