Shara held telephone talks with Moratinos

A telephone call was made on Monday between Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara and his Spanish counterpart Miguel Angel Moratinos that dealt with the latest developments in the region, the bilateral ties between Syria and Spain and means of enhancing them in all domains.
