British writers criticizes Blair policy in Iraq
Iraq-UK, Politics, 5/1/2004
British Writer Patrick Seale underlined that the American President, Israeli Prime Minister and British Prime Minister legalized what they call "terrorism" through their latest statements on the region and their practices in Iraq and in Palestine.
In an article published by Qatari newspaper al-Wattan on Friday, Seale warned against ignoring the Arab and Islamic peoples' aspirations to independence, progress and freedom.
He criticized Blair's determination to stay in Iraq under the pretext of combating terrorism, describing his stance as a disregard of the power of the Iraqi nationalism.
He also depicted Blair's support to Sharon's project of annexing the settlements in the West Bank and building the racial separation wall as hypocrisy because those projects kill the roadmap peace plan.
He concluded by asserting that war on Iraq is an American project which is doomed to fail.
For his part, British Writer David Kennedy pointed out that the American-Israeli cooperation appears clearly through extending the Israeli methods of killing the Palestinians to the American military institutions.
In an article published by Qatari newspaper al-Wattan, he underlined similarity between the American and the Israeli ways of killing.
He also pointed to the Israeli misleading regarding the Iraqi WMD that provoked Bush to launch his war on Iraq which has a strategic position in the Middle East.
