New gas find north of Port Said

The British Petroleum (BP) company announced a new natural gas find in north east Port Said.
The new find is 70 kilometers offshore at 100 meters depth.
BP Egypt Chairman, Hisham Mekawi said that the 1571 deep well resulted in discovering high quality natural gas reservoir in four units.
The output capacity reaches 22 million cubic meters daily.
