ICRC visits Saddam Hussein

Deputy director of operations in the American army Gen. Mark kemet said that representatives for the International Committee of the Red Cross met for the second time yesterday ( Tuesday) with the toppled Iraqi President Saddam Hussein at his detention center.
Kemet said that the meeting was made at the request of the ICRC, noting that the occupation forces will abide by its obligations stated in the International law and will continue to co-operate with the organization. The last meeting for the ICRC with Saddam was on February 21st.
