Foreign capital flow in Morocco in 2003 has reached over US $3 billion, said minister-delegate in charge of economic affairs, general affairs and upgrading economy, Abderrazzak El Mossadeq.
This figure confirms the place that Morocco occupies as a destination for foreign investors in north Africa and the Middle East and evidences the "pertinence of our choices and orientations," said the minister in an interview published Monday by the daily "Al Alam."
