King wishes to develop strategic partnership with re-elected president mbeki

Morocco's King Mohammed VI of Morocco has wished to see relations between the Kingdom and South Africa develop into a model strategic partnership between the two countries, in a congratulations message sent on Friday to re-elected South African President Thabo Mbeki.
