Moussa meets with Yemeni President on Arab summit arrangements

Secretary General of the Arab League on Wednesday expressed hope the forthcoming Arab summit's results to be at the level of current challenges.

In a statement made upon arriving the Yemeni capital, San'a, Moussa wished the upcoming Arab summit would bring results rising to the challenge posed due to new US statements, regarding the Palestinian question and the latest Israeli escalation.

Moussa rejected the so-called "Greater Middle East initiative" and clarified the aim of his Arab tour is to discuss subjects of the Arab summit which was decided to be held in 22-23 next May in Tunis.

He pointed out the agenda of the Arab summit was the same that the Arab Foreign Ministers agreed upon previously.

He noted to new and passive developments taking place in Palestine and Iraq as part of the summit agreed.
