UAE president invited for the Arab summit

President of the United Arab Emirates UAE Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan al-Nahyan received an invitation from the Tunisian President Zine al-Abidin Ben Ali to take part in the Arab summit. The Tunisian foreign minister extended the invitation to the crown prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaleifa Bin Zayed al-Nahyan.
Meantime, the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat called in a message to Sheikh Zayed, on the Arab leaders to hurry to convening the summit and support the Palestinian people. The UAE foreign minister Abdullah al-Nueimi got the message during his meeting with member of the PLO executive committee Muhammad Zuheir al-Nashashibi, who is making a tour on the countries of the Gulf Cooperation council.
