Moroccan political party calls for ending siege on sequestered in Tindouf
Morocco-Algeria, Politics, 4/20/2004

The Istiqlal party's group of councilors in Laayoune (southern Morocco) has called on the UN and human rights organizations to intervene to end the siege on Moroccans sequestered in Tindouf camps, south of Algeria.

"Human values are against the detention of people against their will by tyrants who exploit their suffering under unfounded pretexts," said the councilors at the 2nd provincial congress of the Istiqlal party's group of councilors held over the weekend.
