Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister Saud al-Faisal arrived in Damascus on Tuesday in an official visit to Syria. In an arrival statement, al-Faisal stressed that he carried a massage to President Bashar al-Assad from Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz related to the current consultations to hold the Arab Summit in the framework of the standing coordination between Saudi Arabia and Syria.
He said that his visit to Damascus aimed at continuing the consultations between both countries, expressing the hope that those consultations will end by holding the Arab Summit in the immediate future.
