Khaddam- confers with Islamic League official

Vice President Abdul-Halim Khaddam received on Thursday Secretary General of the Islamic League, Abdullah Abdul-Mohsen Torky.
During the meeting Torky presented the agenda of the Islamic Forum which is scheduled to be held in Damascus,12th and 14th of April. Talks also dealt with the need for cooperation among the Islamic scholars for the renovation of the Islamic thought within the framework of the Islamic principles.
