Al-Assad in Qatar, meets with Emir

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday afternoon flew in Doha in an official visit to Qatar. Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al -Thani, met President al-Assad at the airport together with the first Deputy and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim Al -Thani. A meeting held between President al-Assad and the Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al -Thani at the Emiri Divan in Doha.
The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara and his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim Al-Thani.
