King chairs opening of needy children festival

Morocco's King Mohammed VI of Morocco on Sunday chaired the opening of the 2nd festival of children with "specific needs" organized on the occasion of the National Day of the handicap.
This festival is organized by the department in charge of the Family, Solidarity and Social action to the benefit of handicapped children with the help of the charity Mohammed V Solidarity Foundation.
