Moratinos: World work mechanism in Iraqi should be changed

The Spanish next Foreign minister Miguel Angle Moratinos told the French Le Figaro that he hears calls for a greater role for the UN in Iraq and to bigger International presence under the UN. He added " I will concentrate my efforts on this matter."
He continued "I will join the controversial debate that targets the change of the world work mechanism in Iraq. Moratinos explained that if he succeeds in his efforts upon handing over the authority to the Iraqis by the fall of June 30 " we will see then if we will keep our forces or not."
