Al-Shara visits Beirut today

Syrian foreign minister Farouk al-Shara will visit Beirut today ( Monday) afternoon to convene a meeting with the Lebanese President, prime minister and Speaker of Parliament as well as the foreign minister Jean Obeid. During his visit, al-Shara will convey a message from Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to the Lebanese President on the current consultations taking place on convening the Arab summit.
