Saudi crown prince in Morocco
Saudi Arabia-Morocco, Politics, 4/3/2004
The Saudi crown prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz arrived in Cazablanca yesterday in a visit which lasts for several days during which he will hold talks with the Moroccan King Muhammad IV, who welcomed the crown prince at the airport together with prince Moulai Rasheed, according to an official source.
The Moroccan " Le Mattain " paper which is close to the government said that the meeting "comes as an answer to the diplomatic campaign in Sharm esh Sheikh as Egypt is making efforts to impose its will through convening a summit meeting for the leaders of the Arab states by the beginning of May."
The paper said the meeting "will be an example for consultations to encourage reaching an Arab consensus as the two countries are convinced of the need of coordinating stances of various sides."
