Salah Eddin's route to Jerusalem declared world heritage site

A team of experts from the Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA) is currently writing a report on a number of archaeological sites, which are to be added to the international world heritage list of protected sites. Among these is the military route traveled by Salah Eddin Al Ayubi on his way to Jerusalem to liberate it from the Crusaders.
