Al-Shara postpones his European tour

News reports in Damascus said yesterday that the Syrian foreign minister Farouk al-Shara decided to postpone his European tour which was due next week because of his preoccupation for preparations to the next Arab summit.
Well-informed sources in Damascus said that the postponement was a result of al-Shara preoccupation in the " consultation and communications pertinent to preparations for the summit" especially that results of the summit conference was on top of agenda of al-Shara talks which was presumed to cover each of Rome, Berlin and London. According to western diplomatic sources, these capitals might send officials to the region amid the developments of recent conditions.
