Kuwait for convening the Arab summit regardless to place, time

An official source in the Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry on Tuesday stressed that Kuwait will attend the Arab Summit whatever the venue of the Summit and whenever the date of it.
In a statement to the Kuwaiti newspaper "al-Anbaa" published today, the source clarified that Kuwait will attend the meeting of the Arab Summit, indicating that Kuwait all the time works to boost the Arab attitude.
