Saudi Crown Prince confers with al-Shara, a message conveyed

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad and Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah Ibn Abdul Aziz exchanged on Tuesday messages within the frame work of Arab consultations for holding the postponed Arab summit.

During a meeting at al-Yamama Castle in Riyadh between Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah and Foreign Minister Farouk al-Shara, al-Shara conveyed a message from President Bashar al-Assad to Crown Prince who in turn sent President al-Assad an answering message.

Talks between the two sides dealt with the ongoing consultations among the Arab states on holding the postponed Arab summit at an approved date, asserting the importance of ignoring what happened in Tunis.

Both sides stressed the importance of working hard to unify the Arabs within the critical circumstances facing the Arab nation.
