Shein Beit: Hizbullah finances the Palestinian Black arms

The Israeli Internal security department, Shein Beit, announced yesterday that it has the evidences that one Palestinian armed group received sums from Hizbullah and officials from the Fatah movement led by the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat.
An official statement said that the Shein Beit relates that to the testimony made by an officer in the Palestinian police called Raad Mansour from Nablus area who was detained in February. The statement explained that Mansour admitted he had organized a local armed group under the name of " Black arms" under high ranking officials in the Fatah Movement.
