Egyptian students call for war summit, imprisonment sentences for 26 Islamists from al-Tahrir party
The Egyptian judiciary yesterday sentenced 26 persons, including three British, to imprisonment periods ranging between one and five year because of their membership in the banned Islamic Tahrir ( liberation) party.

Blair and al-Qathafi agree in Tripoli on fighting al-Qaida
The British prime minister Tony Blair announced that the Libyan leader Muammar al-Qathafi considers that confronting al-Qaida organization is a common issue between the two countries.
