Turkey for boosting relations with Syria

Turkish Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc on Thursday said that the Turkish direction, following President Bashar al-Assad's visit to Turkey, moves towards enhancing the ties with Syria onwards.

In an interview with SANA correspondent in Ankara, ahead of Arinc's visit to Syria, he described Syria as an important neighbor country to Turkey. "The aim of the imminent visit to Syria is discussing means of cooperation and coordination between the Turkish and Syrian parliaments," he added.

Concerning the latest acts of disturbance that occurred in Syria, Arinc said that these acts were instigated by foreign factors adding that there were hidden sides that attempted to exploit this issue to provoke and instigate the acts of riots.
