An attempt to smuggle the epitaph of Michael Aflaq tomb

The Jordanian Customs department announced it had checked the epitaph of the tomb of the founder of the Arab Socialist Baath Party Michael Aflaq, when a group of men were trying to smuggle it via the borders from Iraq to Jordan.
The Jordanian daily al-Arab al-Youm said yesterday quoting the director general of the customs department, Mahmoud Qteishat, that al-Karama customs center, the crossing between Iraq and Jordan, seized on ( Wednesday) the epitaph of Michael Aflaq tomb, a group of persons tried to smuggle from Iraq to the Jordanian territories.
