American embassy in Abu Dhabi closed, Qasir in Riyadh evacuated

The American embassy and consulate in the United Arab Emirates were closed yesterday because of " a certain security threat," while the American embassy in al-Riyadh was evacuated for a short time over rumors of an attack to take place.
A statement by the American embassy in the UAE said that the " American embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate in Dubai suspended temporarily their activities on Wednesday 24 following a certain threat against the embassy in Abu Dhabi."
The statement added that the " embassy and the consulate will evaluate the security situation by the end of the week Thursday and Friday" with the objective to open their doors on Saturday.
Later in the day, the American embassy in Riyadh announced it had opened its doors for a short time yesterday following information, which found out later as not precise regarding an explosion in Riyadh.
Meantime, an official a the US Department Of State announced that Washington closed its embassy in Mauritius after receiving a certain threat.
