The Yemeni government went back on its promise it had vowed to offering the opposition parties a licensing to organize a huge demonstration today ( Saturday), on the occasion of the first anniversary of Iraq's occupation at the hands of the American occupation forces and its allies.

A source in the Yemeni opposition leaderships which seeks to lead the demonstration said that the secretary general of the ( ruling ) People's Congress, Abdul Karim al-Eryani, preconditioned that the demonstration to be made Friday morning or the afternoon of the same day.
