Al-Assad meets with Canadian church delegation

Syria's President Bashar Al-Assad on Wednesday stressed the significance of cultural dialogue and the role that could be played by various religious men to establish human and ethical genuine values and build peace and understanding among nations.
Meeting a Canadian Churches delegation which represented Chairos Organization and headed by Archbishop Peter Short, President al-Assad appreciated these churches efforts to spread peace and love due to its objective positions over various current political events.
