Al-Assad is today in Saudi Arabia

News reports quoted one Arab diplomatic source in the Saudi capital Riyadh saying yesterday that the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad will pay today a work visit to Saudi Arabia where he is expected to discuss with the Saudi officials the current Arab condition before convening the Arab summit in Tunisia on March 29 and 30.
The source added that al-Assad will discuss during his one- day visit "the conditions in the region especially the situation in Iraq and the Middle East as well as recent developments in Syria," in remarks to the acts of riots in al-Hassaka.
