First Saudi organization for human rights

The Saudi King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz has agreed to the foundation of the first non- governmental organization in charge of defending human rights, according to the chairman of this organization.
The chairman of the organization which is called "the national society for human rights" and member of the Shoura council Abdullah Bin Saleh said I have received "today" ( yesterday) a message from King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz, addressed to the chairman and members of the society in which he says " we have considered your request and find it is not good to practice this work." He added that the Crown Prince Abdullah hailed this step and told members of the society " this is part of the right of the homeland on you and you will find from the specialized sides all support and backing.
King Fahd said in his message that the constituent system of the rule states that the state to protect human rights, according to the Islamic Sharia.
