New 4.4 tremor reported in northeastern Morocco

A quake measuring 4.4 degrees on the Richter open-ended scale was reported this Tuesday at 8:36 pm (GMT and local time) in the region of Al-Hoceima, says the geophysics lab of the scientific and technical center.
The tremor epicenter was located at the hamlet of Ait-Kamra. Over one hundred aftershocks were reported following last Tuesday's powerful quake (6.5 on the Richter scale) in the northeastern region of Al-Hoceima that killed 572 people, injured over 400 others and left thousands of people homeless.
