State Minister for the Syrian Arab Red Cross Affairs, Bashar al-Shaar, received Representative of the International Red Cross Committee Deter Beghaf on the role and the activities of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the international arena, as well as bilateral relations of cooperation between both sides.
