Moussa lashes out at Israeli Officials who attack ICJ for denating into wall
Palestine-Regional, Politics, 2/24/2004

Moussa criticized Israeli officials' statements in which they claimed that the International Court of Justice is not qualified to examine the legality of the Israeli separation wall.

In an interview with Sawt Al Arab Radio over the telephone from The Hague where he will attend the first hearing of the ICJ on the separation wall Moussa said that the responsibility of constructing this wall falls on Israel and those who encourage it to be a state above the law.

Building the separation wall on Palestinian lands aims at seizing more Palestinian territories, he said.

Concluding, he said that the court's verdict will be ethically binding to the countries which opted to resort to the ICJ.
