The Russian Foreign Ministry's Spokesman Alexander Yakuvinko stressed that Iraq should restore independence as soon as possible so that the country can again play its role on the international arena. Yakuvinko, in an interview published in the Turksih daily newspaper of Hurriyet, said for Iraq to do this, the UN is called on to form a plan to be carried under its own supervision. Go
