Moussa calls on the Arabs to deal collectively with initiatives

The secretary general of the Arab league Amr Moussa called yesterday on the Arab states to "react collectively with what are debated of initiatives or partnerships" by the USA, the European Union and the NATO.
During a ministerial meeting for the social and economic council of the Arab League in Cairo, Moussa said that the Arab states have to "deal collectively with grave developments taking place in the Arab region and the debated initiatives or partnerships." He added " any Arab state whatever its human or economic force might be, can not encounter this great flow of challenges which face " the Arab states.
Mousa called for the development of the Arab labor organizations as a collective group that is able to deal seriously with international proposals and initiatives that will be debated during the few coming months on the region. The AL secretary general was indicating the vast reforms plans the US intends to debate during the G-8 summit in June, in which it intends to have the NATO and the EU as partners. This US initiative also includes a plan in support of democracy and security agreements projects. N.
