Al-Assad meets with Russian delegate, a message from Putin

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad received on Sunday Deputy Russian Foreign Minister Alexander Sultanov who handed al-Assad a letter form President Vladimir Putin on the bilateral relations, the latest regional and international developments and on issues of common concern.
