Khamenei deplores Israeli Practices against the Palestinians

Supreme Leader of the Iranian Revolution, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, strongly condemned the oppressive practices perpetrated by Israel against the Palestinian people stressing that "the resistance is the only way for the restoration of the usurped rights and lands and for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital."
Delivering a sermon at Friday prayer in Tehran, Khamenei praised the Palestinian Intifada and the national Lebanese resistance achievements.
He denounced the double standard and threats policies adopted by the U.S. and some of the Western States against the Arabs and Islam under the pretext of the Democracy and human rights.
Khamenei pointed out that they exploit these falsified mottos in order to pass their plots and to attain their greeds in the Middle East and in the world as a whole.
Meantime, in Lebanon, Deputy Chairman of the Islamic-Shi'ite Higher Council, Sheikh Abdul-Amir Qabalan underlined that Israel seeks to destabilize the region. In a statement on Friday, Qabalan said that the Israeli inhuman massacres in Palestine are a clear violation of the international laws and norms.
