Syria, Jordan to boost communications relations

Jordanian Prime Minister, Faisal al-Fayez, and Syrian Communications and Technology Minister, Muhammad Basher al-Munajed, has expressed appreciation for the summit recently held in Damascus between President Bashar al-Assad and King Abdullah II of Jordan.
During a meeting on Thursday, both praised the start of work in the Syrian- Jordanian project of al-Wahda Dam, inaugurated by President al-Assad and King Abdullah II. Talks during the meeting dealt with the imminent visit of al-Fayez to Damascus which comes in the framework of enhancing the ties between the two states. Talks also covered means of improving the cooperation in the field of communications and technology.
